Badland's 2011 Launch Party

These shorts caught my eye the first time I saw them in TopShop, the only con they posses is that every time I put them on and take them off a few beads fall off. Looks like I'm going to have to evidently ask my grandma to sew the pieces back on. This is actually the first time I wore this button down shirt, a hand-me-down from my best friend who got it from a thrift shop somewhere in Queens.

The launch party was a perfect combination of fashion, music, and art. Badland's pieces are so great! That multi-colored cardigan/jacket was one of my favorite pieces, I'm definitely going to purchase it come next event. The band, Vensaire, was so full of energy and put on a great performance. The highlight of the night though had to be meeting all the cool girls I met by the clothing racks; each one having a passion in something different.
